Spontaneous Pandemic Trip: Day 4 – Monday
Our original plan was to return to Epcot Monday for more Food & Wine enjoyment. But, since we'd been able to do so much already, we changed our reservation to start the day in Animal Kingdom!
Spontaneous Pandemic Trip: Day 3 – Sunday
Sunday meant Hollywood Studios for us and I was most nervous, anxious, and excited about trying to get a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance.
Spontaneous Pandemic Trip: Day 2 – Saturday
Spontaneous Pandemic Trip: Day 2 - SaturdayWe figured Saturday would probably be our busiest day, so we decided to aim for getting to Magic Kingdom for rope drop, or as close as we could manage. Spontaneous Pandemic Trip: Day 1 – Friday
By now you know we took a quick 4-day long weekend trip to Disney, mostly to enjoy as much of Food & Wine Festival together as we possibly could. In this post, I’ll take you through the 1st day of our trip.

In this post, I'll share how this trip came to be, and next week I'll share what our plans are for each day of the trip.

Planning Way In Advance
I consider myself completely nuts when it comes to planning. I love planning and I love spreadsheets and I love doing research for planning trips. My friends and I recently decided we are taking a ladies weekend to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival next October, more than a year from the point I am writing this post.
